Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production or shipping.
After 24 hours, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation due to processing, personalization, or fulfillment preparation.
Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
This includes items with custom text, names, photos, or special design selections.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Once shipped, the order is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy instead.
